Joining the RRRA gives you the knowledge that your modest subscription (just £14 a year for a single adult) is helping to support our important work. You might even get a warm and fuzzy glow. However, it also gives you much more.

Opportunities to participate

RRRA Newsletters

Members receive a regular newsletter at least four times a year with news, events, RRRA activities, and articles on various aspects of Roman roads.

Members have access to the only Forum on the Internet dedicated to Roman roads.

The home for discussion and debate about Roman roads

In Spring 2021, the RRRA will be publishing the first volume of its own peer reviewed journal, Itinera, which will contain accounts of research and investigation not only from Britannia, but also from other parts of the Roman empire. To keep our subscription rates low, Itinera will be published in digital format and included in a membership subscription. Hard copies will be also available for purchase.

Itinera

Members can access an exclusive pdf version of the now hard to get 1973 edition of Ivan Margary’s “Roman Roads in Britain”.
